    although i don't understand what is said..

    The austrian government wants to test E-voting at the next Student elections ( May/June 2009) And have already used our Student-Cards (which have a Chip on it) during our last election.

    currently the OEH (Oesterreichische HochschülerInnenschaft) is in negotiations with the Minister Hahn.
