every time u throw your leg up in the front your hips move! try not to do that and also your not closing all the way on 5th devon... could use some work!
I'm not sure what everyone else is seeing that I'm not... great placement? The foot doesn't even return to 5th position after the grande battements to the front., it stays completely turned in.
It's a fast tempo, but definitely not anything stunning.
I'm not saying the dancer is bad, but it's just not THAT good... it definitely needs work.
This is a well-done Vaganova combination. Notice the head is out when the leg is front and back, and the head is forward when the leg is at the sides. Also, the leg closes on the beat. While it looks very advanced, in fact this is done in the second year, with the 180 degree turn-out. Students should be jealous of having a good teacher, because most teachers will not follow this careful method.

the battements in arabesque weren't as good as the other ones. and his chest was too far forward when he did them.
