It is called the defined move. However, if u translate it directly Kami no Itte means hand of god. But then again translation from 1 language to another is not always word for word. BTW check out my videos for go puzzles and lessons.

Both Hand of God and Divine Move are valid translations. After all, 神の一手 means One hand of god/divine (one hand meaning 'move' in the sense of playing a game of Go)

Viz Media may have the best of translations by calling it "the divine move" but that does not mean the fansub is wrong in calling it "the hand of god".
