and the design is something that made me buy it as my long time phone in years to come...its design outnumbered the features of other phones of same price...i made a very thorough research and finally couldnt stand the love-at-first-sight...purple screen symbian fixed focus camera etc etc give me a break...i m in love with the design...i m buying it for design...thats it...come what may...

All my life I lived alongside Nokia, From 3310 all the way up to E72 and there were times where Nokia just fail you and it comes to a total frustration. But recently, when I was about to leave Nokia behind and open doors to iPhone, I gave myself another chance with the C7 and that Chance was full of colours, colours of the brilliant device Nokia C7 is. Don't just make it beautiful, Nokia. But make it a Brilliant pieace of art. And that is what the Nokia C7 is all about.

the c7-00 earpiece hole area looks too much like 8800 style..not good :( who designed the exterior of the C6-01? thats a much better front design.

WHY does NOKIA hold themselves back in HW & SW? Imean look at symbian, you wouldve expected it to be sooo advanced by now that it should kill android but...what the... massive touchscreen NOKIA in startrek movie (2009) :)

I think it feels better in hand than it looks. Likewise there are some stunning devices out-there but once you hold them you realize the mistake.

@wynos0 If Nokia would make car, maybe that guy would design it :D It's not impossible for Nokia to make cars because they started from making paper 200 years ago and now they make phones. Btw Nokia is in 3 parts, one makes phones and other radio devices, other makes car tyres and the third actually makes rubber boots O_o
