when i first saw the name of the song i was like "what?" lecrae did a song called killa, i took it the wrong way til i first heard the song, and its definitely 1 of the best he has EVER done, we sin and give life to that sin, and we raise that sin as if it were a child, it grows and and eventually kills you, i only have his real talk album, i wanna get them all
I think this is a great song but the video is kinda leading people into the trap hes talking about in the song. God saw those clips before they were used in this video. remember God uses any means to reach his people it is not always bibles, churches,even gospel music or anything to do with him but his reasons for using these things always leads us right back to him once we listen#we must use elevated(spiritual)sight to see or view the true messages of Christ not just what's in your face.

@Teresa7677 actually eve sinning was not when sin enters teh world. If one looks closely in the texts the bible says that adam disobeyed and that everything goes to crap after he eats the fruit. Adam was the one who sinned first, as God told him not to eat the fruit. He was there the whole time as Eve ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil and did nothing. Adam screwed up, not Eve.

The bible does not say she did not, however, she sinned as a result of diception and Adam, not being decieved, sinned anyway. Aaliyah lived the life she lived and the image she projected did not reflect the holiness of our Saviour. @Teresa7677 actually eve sinning was not when sin enters teh world. If one looks closely in the texts the bible says that adam disobeyed and that everything goes to crap after he eats the fruit. Adam was the one who sinned first, as God told him not to eat the fruit. He was there the whole time as Eve ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil and did nothing. Adam screwed up, not Eve.

The bible does not say she did not, however, she sinned as a result of diception and Adam, not being decieved, sinned anyway. We are told that BOTH men and women received punishment for their sin (childbirth, labor, etc.). Aaliyah lived the life she lived and the image she projected did not reflect the holiness of our Saviour. So while it is indeed unfortunate that she passed away as she did, Aaliyah did project an image of an adultress, especially in some of the songs she sung. Once again, it's unfortunate but "it is what it is"
