hey... at 48 seconds dont feel bad... i did that about 30 times trying to set mine... what helps is ir you make the box like upside down than you set the roof and the walls on top and use an eye hook to keep it closed.
I sure hope you going to loose some fingers to your trap. Maybe you'll get sepsis and die in pain. That would be really nice, just as a little karma for the little guys you killed.
@mitchell02601 oh got ya. i make all my boxes just big enough for a #1 longspring or #1 coil. another good tip is to wrap black electrical tape around the jaws so the fur doesnt get rusty
check in about a week, isn't there maximum checking times like 2 days.
