@143films there arn't "HD tapes' and if you re record the tape will glitch and get messed up a lot easier.

@AlexJHorton i have a canon hv40, fisheye and all the works and hes right..i re recorded..and now my tape glitches out...it sucks for play back but when i capture the footy on to my computer..its fine

@MacAndSteezeFilms that's sucky :[ I've decided on the Canon 7D. What do you think? I mean, even better quality, no tapes and also a camera which I would use all the time. It'd be weird filming skate with it but whatever I can get used to it
