Except you could remove and all blanket statements and confusion they bring by adding one simple word: many. "Many" Muslims are terrorists. "Many" terrorists are Muslims. See what I'm doing right there? I'm making an assertion which is both true and not true. In other words, not an absolute. You would still need evidence to back it up, but at least it's not looking at a picture of a Muslim and exclaiming TERRORIST. Or "some." "Some" works too. In fact, "some" is better. Use "some."
