@haramer95 No no no! Shields always take full damage; that's why vultures are quite useful against 'toss. The reduction to 25% only sets in after shields are down to 0.

its a smart move to do emp in a group of archons.

Actually it only takes 4 vulture hits to remove the dragoon shields anyway.

Shields take full damage from Explosive and Concussive damage regardless of unit size, so the base 20 damage of vultures will remove the 80 shield points in little time.

But instantly removing the shields from all in the shockwave radius would have helped.

mind's vultures are good but EMP has a lot to do with it. as you can see, the sheilds of the toss units are nearly zero, if not zero, due to EMPs. which basically cut the life of any toss units and structures down to half.
