  • I was diagnosed with RA 7 years ago with frequent headaches and nausia. Eliminating aspartame from my diet has eliminated the headaches and reduces the medication for RA to half.....I believe a whole foods diet will be my cure. Please read all lables for how artificial sweetners are hidden in products.

  • it is surprising that they speak about it coz it is about huge money; aspartame is neurotoxine and it had been known many years before they pumped it into the food
