  • Sorry mate but this is utter wank. You are just swinging at this exercise and are simply wasting cardio time that could be much better used. Squat slowly and calmly. This is why the S.A.S dick all over the seals.

  • @deek77 - the best idea would be to combine these exercises in a circuit like mode in countdown fashion. Start with 15, then do 15 burpees, 15 dumbbell swings. Start over and do 14, then 13, etc. It will kick your ass and get your metabolism going in the right direction. Do this plan for 4 weeks. Also, do this on a Monday, and something similar for 20-25 minutes Wednesday and Friday.

  • @915olivares1 You're thinking about fat burn the wrong way. First, these are anerobic exercises. Fat burn is best acheived through aerobic exercise - longer, slower work. All exercise burns calories, so if you focus on burning up more calories than you take in, eventually your body will use fat to make up the deficit.

    Second, you can't target fat loss, you can only target muscle strength. The body decides on its own how and where it will use up bodyfat for energy.
