Is it possible to get the PDS pistol upper on a PDS carbine lower? I want to see a SBR/foldable stock version of this thing. Are there any compatibility or legal issues with mixing the receivers?
damn it can anyone find disassemble vids on this? i wana know how to take her down and build her up for cleaning before i decide to get one... also anyone else wanting that pistol in 6.8>.>? or am i just a nut job....

Anyone who has ever been to one of these conventions, are you able to purchase any of the concept rifles they have there? Or is it strictly just for show?

@NRAssociation The piston gets dirty but the bolt stays clean... With DI systems some of the time for it to stop working would be a dirty bolt... On a piston system it kinda doesnt matter if the piston is dirty... For the most part... I like and own both systems but piston is the way to go. Oh yeah... Carrier tilt... I have a video of a buffer that will prevent carrier tilt... Either DI or Gas Piston at least its an AR flat form...
I wonder what the delivery time is running on the standard car a4 uppers from rock river arms... My order will be at 30 days old tomorrow (as website estimates).. But I've been reading forums of people waiting up to 6 months, but those forums are from 08 and 09 during the gun rush..... Anyone know if their delivery estimates are accurate recently?
I USE lowers for a living!...and that stock is directly over the bolt catch. period...no optical illusions...I like rock river but that is a lousy setup that has a simple fix...put an assist lever on the battery lever. It shouldnt be me figuring this out it should COME THAT WAY! come on RRA.
or you could have an ak47 and fold the stock over the safety lever? shut your trap, its for concealing/storage purposes. You unfold it when its time for business......dumbass.

@dancingforrain2012 you dont have to unfold the stock to release the bolt cath dumbass! i build lowers for a living and there is plenty of room because the bolt catch thumb peace is way over the stock.
I love my RRA Elite Operator, not one thing wrong with it, but that pistol looks retarded and not worth the price tag. Still cant complain about their rifles though.

Rock River was my first, and NOT cheap AR. If they continue down this path, i'll definately go with LMT. @teeroux they've got a pretty big upper receiver so my guess is that the buffer spring is above the barrel and not behind the bolt where it would normally be

If they can manufacture this weapon with interchangeable quick change barrels I'd buy it. Then I'd mount it on top of an MGI lower.

Gas piston isn't any more effective or cleaner, just more convenient. Besides shooting with a cheek weld is half the fun.
