Can't people enjoy racing and support their favourite driver and team without comparing? How do you know that Alonso is better than Hamilton?or Kimi is better than Massa? Like the car isn't a factor and by that I mean that the same car could suit a driver more than his team-mate. Like luck isn't a factor and by that I mean mechanical problems, Mistakes of other racers and Safety car periods.

Well, massa actually would have won, if his engine didnt blow, his car wasnt damaged at silverstone, the pit light system didnt screw up 3 times.
Lewis got 5 penalties deservedly, and the 6th was questionable. Lewis has to be the worst champion in a season, simple as. No champion has made so many errors and still won. Just shows he had no true competition because Alonso was in a crap car (until he wiped the floor in the last 9 races), kubica too hadnt got a good enough car same as vettel.

Yet at the end of the season, Alonso put in some absolutely amazing performances, outclassing everyone else.
And Hamilton, who is supposedly the best driver in the world, with undoubtedly the best car, could still only win the championship by one point.
