I think Vanessa is more beautiful. Because she has piliphina (or whatever), indian (or india ???), irish and chinese blood and therefore her beauty (Vanessa's) is egsotic (or whatever its spelled cause i live in hungary and im vietnamese). this isnt her new nose.plus she had a good reason to get a surgery!

she had trouble breathing and she couldnt take it anymroe so she went to surgery and got a new nose.i support her , plus she also admitted what i just said :P

it's possible to get your deviated septum fixed without changing your nose. People use the term "new nose" and that's incorrect. they simply reopen her passages and *wa-la* the job is done. Ashley obviously went a little further and spent some extra money to make her nose straighter and thinner. deviated septum? sure. No plastic surgery? Not likely.
