With today's crap music, saying it's dated is a great compliment. There will never be a decade with so many great songs like the 80's. Everybody seemed to peak in the 80's, the whole industry seemed to, just amazing.

Yea, i agree.. Today's rap and pop is just over rated. However there were some crappy songs of the 80's too. A lot of it was good though. The only stuff i don't like of the 80's was all teh disco and stuff. However, there is a lot of good modern music if you look. Some of it's even amazing to listen to. If people don't like music today, they should make a band and hope they get famous. Set a new standard. And yea, i love that song too.

good point. the 80s music we hear today has been filtered in that all the bad tracks aren't heard. same thing will happen to music today. in ten years we will only hear the "good stuff" or the songs we want to hear. also this song f'n rocks! i heard it the other day on a sirius channel and i then downloaded it and can't stop listening to it.
