Las Vegas sucks ass. The people that are from Las Vegas also suck ass! There is no culture here. The jobs don't pay anything decent, if you can find a job at all. There are neighborhoods where every other house is abandoned due to foreclosure. The utilities keep going up but the pay doesn't get any better. This town blows

its because in LV nobody is prepared for snow and cold, no heatings no cloth for that and if only one kid would have died, who would be responsable? i was there and in some parts the snow was 10 inches on roads and is was slippery and nobody has cars or school buses prepared for that . understand now, why to close the schools for one day?

We don't have snow plows, very few have a shovel on hand. They may have jumped the gun canceling school, but I think kids would be getting ran over left and right trying to cross the streets.
