So, you know cause these guys didn't tell you. The PC version has 5 new chapters. This is new to the PC version. This fight is the last fight on Act 4.

Educationey.You have to unlock him by beating the game on Cliffy mode (unlocked by getting all achievements). It is in the chapter titled EXTRAS.
