  • Thanks for bringing back some great memories!

  • I thought this was a boot camp clik song

  • @sexysskid No, that would be crap...this is actually a great band and song.

  • bootcamp was huge at mack and myers.....really their start i married my wife 30 years ago in mack and myers......tom alonzo and i double dated roomates....so much fun there i`ll never forget it..trivia for everyone rusty steel was the original guitar player before bob....

  • sigh - loved this song....

  • Tim, my man...these guys used to play at my father's bar years ago...old Mack and Myers in Essex Md. too much fun..I was young but I still remember. Thanks for coming around years ago Tim, at Brown's Wharf, when you were doing the jazz show. Dad was glad to see you then..and I'm sure he's happy now.

  • Wow, I get goosebumps hearing this song again. I have some old videos of theirs on VHS tapes but I'm not sure how to upload them. I miss seeing Tim and Howard. Does anyone know how to reach Howard these days?

  • Remember listing to this while driving around during the summer. Sun glasses on, cut-off shirt, ball cap backwards, all white Nike's on...LOL. Gotta laugh now.

    But Damn it was fun!!!!

  • Awesome, one of my favorites from the summer of '83 I think???

  • WOW! I forgot about these guys! I was checking out Face Dancer and all these 80's Baltimore bands came up. Thanks Rachel for bringing back some awesome memories!

  • I haven't heard this since they played at my fraternity in 1985.

  • Thanks for the memories. Would have loved to have seen the real video.

  • We know it's out there. There's one for Let Her Go too. We just can't seem to find them. I'll be posting another video with some photos of Tim, Tom and Howie from a recent "three-quarters" Bootcamp Reunion at a Slim Man show in Towson, Maryland. Be on the lookout for it. Thanks for the nice comment.

  • how about bob..he was their guitar player.

  • Oh, you're talking about my previous comment. I went to a Slim Man show in Baltimore on December 14, 2008 where Tom Alonso played along on a few songs. I took pictures of that event. Bob, unfortunately, to my dismay, wasn't there. That's why I called it a "three-quarters" Bootcamp Reunion. I can't wait for the real thing with all of them, including Bob. It just isn't the same without him.

  • wow, havent heard this since Baltimore when I was like 15.

    I am 41 now.

Thanx. Great shit came out of Baltimore.

I know, I grew up in Baltimore County

  • Excellent Rachel! Thanks!

    Need more Bootcamp?

  • I didn't think I'd ever hear this again. Thanks for posting.

  • You're welcome and thanks for tuning in.
