my shot at potters bar was handheld and station staff complaining as was over yellow line,

but the trip to Lincoln was good

Only the 9th down steam special to pass Finsbury Park this year. Thats quite a lot, you are spoiled there in England for Steam trains. Thanks to youtube I can see these trains every day,5 star as always, keep up the good work.

@conncork Okay, I appreciate 9 is a lot for some parts of Europe. However, for London, which gets a lot of main-line steam, compared to say Wales, 9 trips is quite rare. Thanks for the comment. I'm glad I'm one of those that brings the joy of main-line steam to, the Republic of Ireland? Barry

It was on the fast line at Hitchin....on time.Earlier Britannia was 30mins late at Cheddington and it was a white knuckle drive to get to Hitchin in time.
