To be a complete jerk, most've you are completely wrong. The endzone is 7, and the distance from the line of scrimmage to the holder is 3 yards. :) So yes it's 10, but the endzone is not 10 yards deep.

Any one who doesn't get why it's special probably hasn't played a sport before. This was the number 6 team in the nation being down by 14 points on homecoming. Coming back in the fourth quarter only to miss the extra point and essentially accept defeat, then their defense faced a 2nd and 2, and forced three and out so the Johnnies could run on the field with less than 10 seconds on the clock and kick a redeeming, record setting field goal to keep their quest for National title alive.
