  • 42 seconds had me laughing for 20 minutes

  • I'm all for emotional fans, and wanting to celebrate with the team on the field, but what is so hard about waiting until the clock reads 0:00??? I

  • I was there, ready to storm the field as a Bethel fan.. It was a heart breaking loss but it absolutely keeps the rivalry going. Can't wait to drive up to St. Johns and cheer for the Royals this fall!!! :)

  • sexy

  • haha damn, I always miss the good stuff when I go to get a cofee. and I usually sit in the middle of the woods cause the bleachers are are always full.

  • I was on the field when this happened also Russ Gliadon went to Fridley.

  • hey let him dream on

  • Oh St. Johns I've been by there before. Amazing kick!

  • damn if he can kick a 50 yarder in high school then he definetely has an NFL future. some NFL kickers cant even do that! nice kick!

  • maybe he can do it on HS goalposts, but not pro.

  • wuts the difference. arent the goalposts the same?

  • Na man, HS posts are 23'4" wide and College and NFL posts are 18'6"

  • how gay hahaha

  • i love you guys so much! This game was the first i've been able to get to in so long (stupid college not at CSB) and it was everything i remembered and loved about the Johnnies. But guys, as fun as that was, Gagliardi is getting old, you guys gotta be nicer to his heart!!!!!!!

  • wow, looking at the thumbnail image for this, with all the people on the field, i thought it would be a fine example of soccer hooliganism

  • esta bien un 5/5

  • Some place, somewhere, Tom Demspey is laughing.

  • I love how the commentator screams "Get off the field, it's not over!" like he has some say and/or he's important and people will listen to him. What the Hell ever.

  • i doubt a 16 year old kicked a 55 yarder nfl pros cant do that if they can then its not by much

  • anyone else see that guy bust ass at 0:46?

    lol

  • AHAHA that's great. lol

  • yeah I saw that right away lol

  • thats nothing a guy from my high scool kicked a 55 yarder to beat our cross town rival to win the game and he was only 16.

  • That's nothing, I kicked one across my school from the football field and into my principal's new car, and I'm only 17. :)

  • BS...you lie

  • bwahahaha yeah right. dream on ya little fart

  • why the fuck would they lateral the ball in a real game like that... idiots haha.. he threw it right into the other teams hands

  • It was the last play of the game and they wanted to keep it alive as the clock expired.

  • The end zone is 10 yards. Which means it is a 49 yard kicked. In the NFL the end zone is 15 yards.

  • The end zone in the NFL is also 10 yards

  • I stand corrected.

  • fanboy stampede

  • hahaahah the dude fell down on 0:46 faill

  • Lol nice catch.

  • To be a complete jerk, most've you are completely wrong. The endzone is 7, and the distance from the line of scrimmage to the holder is 3 yards. :) So yes it's 10, but the endzone is not 10 yards deep.

  • Dude, I was in band. The endzone is 12 steps deep translating into 10 yards. Trust me on this.

And if your saying the holder as in that dude kneeling on the 39 yard line, he is 7 yards from the line of scrimmage.

The ball is kicked from the 39 yard line. 39 yards + 10 yards of endzone = 49 yards. Nothing else matters.

  • actually, it was a 49 yard kick. He kicked from the 39-yard line, but you have to add the distance of the endzone, which is another 10 yards. This is one heck of a kick; even most NFL kickers would have trouble nailing a 49-yarder from the hash in a situation like this.

  • that was a 39 yard kick fool

  • endzone is 10 yards its a 49 yard kick you dipshit

  • rofl at 0:46 guy falls

  • Hell yea LOL. Dude bust his shit!!!

  • What high school is this?

  • Comment removed

  • damn i wanted the other team to run it back on the kickoff LOL

  • Any one who doesn't get why it's special probably hasn't played a sport before. This was the number 6 team in the nation being down by 14 points on homecoming. Coming back in the fourth quarter only to miss the extra point and essentially accept defeat, then their defense faced a 2nd and 2, and forced three and out so the Johnnies could run on the field with less than 10 seconds on the clock and kick a redeeming, record setting field goal to keep their quest for National title alive.

  • Lol, yes my background in football, rugby and cricket totally prepared me for that explanation.

  • Saint Johns University over Bethel University. This was a huge Division III game in the MIAC and the first time SJU has beat Bethel in over 3 years. Congrats Johnnies.

  • lol look at the guy at 0:44 lmaoo

  • Is this high school or college ball?

  • I belive that is high school

  • wow shit like this happens every season. WTF is the big deal

  • 1:17 a little below the middle of the screen to the left, referee runs into a chick ahhah way to ruin her spirit

  • swattkidd

    LOL! good eye.

  • i dont get it what was so special here?

  • That's a great kick...and the whole special teams is lucky.

  • LACES OUT!

  • so stupid!!!!!!

  • CRAZY

  • next week my school against our rivals!

i hope the fans get to rush the field! :D

  • AWESOME!!!

  • i dont know about 5 star for homecoming perfection but i will 5 star for the dude eating turf

  • lame

  • how is this "another boring and random High-School Game?" First of all, it is a record-setting, game-winning, reputation-saving kick for St. John's and Russell Gliadon. I was at the game and there was there was more energy at that game than I have seen at any sporting event at any level. The farthest thicg from boring! Second, Bethel and St. John's are both colleges, not high schools. Anybody who's anybody knows that!

  • :45 what a fucking hilarious fail

  • Haha 0:45 the guy falls down

  • I concur

  • DBlock-you sound like a real moron

  • DBlockn05: Coming back from being down 14pts in the fourth quarter doesn't sound that boring to me. Funny thing about high school football is, almost every player in the NFL played High School ball at one point.

  • u could make a good wheres waldo pic with a the ppl on the feild lol

  • how bad would that suck if the other team returned the kickoff back for a TD

  • errr.. what is this all about?

  • it's freshman

  • Lol at that guy that fell around the :45 second mark

  • I saw it. Good thing his face cushioned his fall. That would have been embarrassing if his whole body fell.

  • ROFL

  • its a university, but that is a very impressive kick.

  • WTF... all this hostility over a 49 yarder?? Please tell me this is middle school or high school with a freshman kicker.... or a school who's never beat the opposing team....

  • read the description

  • Reminds me of Madden 10 Commercial.

  • ? well that was weird

  • 00:44 RED FLAG CLIPPPPPPPPPPED

  • hmm crowd control?

  • 1:21 ppl fall fail again

  • The coolest thing about this game: none of them will make it into the NFL

    XD

  • @RandomMindz

who knows.... SJU has sent players to the NFL in recent years. 2003 grad Blake Elliot, WR, played for the Vikings

  • Fail :: guy falls down at 0:44

  • ROFL...good eye...that was so funny...

  • set something on fire plz.

  • Grats on the win, guys. I can't even imagine the feeling you guys had watching that ball go through the uprights, and see that tidal wave of fans rushing the field... Homecoming, too.... Man... Must've been magical.

  • totally not that far, rugby players kick it way further

  • soccer player kick further hehe

  • Did they make a movie after this?

  • Yeah the guy falling was the best part of this LMAO

  • FAIL: Guy falls down at 0:44

  • Lol forreals!! hahaha

  • the guy falling and exposing his butt crack was hilarious

  • that was only 39 yards -_- ...

  • 49 yards forgot to add the 10 yards of the end zone

  • kicked it from the 39, plus endzone

  • yes 39 + 10 = 49 yards thats what i said

  • plus a 10 yard endzone

  • true sorry about that guys

  • Why wont glenn beck comment on the allegation of rape and murder in 1990?

  • He had single Ladies in his head when he kicked that.

  • no one plays this except Americans.

  • Just stfu. Eat some curry and do some telemarketing and tech support. Fucking desi peasants...

  • Canadians also play

  • whoah that looks hard..........

gridiron is such a bitch of a sport, look at all there padding and helmets, seriously

all those players should take there skirts off and man the fuck up

Gridiron could never compare to NRL or AFL

  • Oh skill is measured by toughness now? no one told me, those guys locked up for murder and such have some serious "skill"

  • where is the goal keeper??? What's this game?

  • u guys r stupid.....football is only played in the united states .....while soccer is played around the world

  • Bitch! that's a long one dude.

  • The soccer people commenting here do make good point. While a football is much harder to kick farther, many soccer players can still easily kick large distances.

Sebastian Janikowski from the Raiders who is the leaders for the most NFL kickoffs touchbacks is an ex professional soccer player. Just throwing out an example.

  • soccer? if so many can do it, then why is there a shortage of good kickers in the NFL? and I wouldn't classify a U-19 soccer team as being an ex-pro.

  • 1. Your argument is irrelevant. There are clearly many reasons. One being Sebastian actually joined a college football team while many soccer players don't. I'm not going to get any further then that. I got better things to do.

    2. My mistake on the pro soccer part. I confused his father who went pro.

  • because being a kicker on american football u dont play on field as much as u would in football

  • wimpy kick i could do that easily

  • you could never you soccer faggot

  • soccer is better

  • ok just shut up about soccer. In America, which is probably where most people on here are from, football is football and soccer isn't as popular. If you don't like how that works, go back to your own country

  • you're so dumb or what? I like football and i hate soccer but you need to go back to school dude, America is the whole fucking continent you dumb ass... maybe you meant North America?

    Just a thought...

  • lol at 1:20 it looks like the ref in the bottom right starts dealing drugs

  • hahahahah how do u notice something like that

  • lmao yea it kinda does look like that

  • 0:47 fail

  • Soccer balls travel farther than footballs with more accuracy more easily. Footballs are oddly shaped and get carried by the wind much easier. Considering this is a school kick also, it's pretty impressive.

  • an average soccer player could still do that.......... and it wouldnt impress him/her

  • Comment removed

  • yeah but the thing bud is that soccer is gay.....

  • ur mom

  • lets get off moms cuz i just got off urs!!! boned her down while we watched homemade movies of you!!

  • gay means happy

  • Andrax have you ever tried to play football? I don't think you have. The pads don't do much to minimize the pain. You act like people who play football are pussies.

  • full contact with helmets and paddings.... wow how manly

  • Talking shit on Youtube..... wow how manly

  • nice kick! but it would have been funny as shit if the other team returned it after everyone ran on the field and shit hahaha

  • Whats so fuckin great about this? they came back from 14 point deficit to win in the 4th quarter? this team must blow if the fans are acting like they won the Super Bowl... 49 yard field goal in HS isnt even a big deal many kids kick 50 and beyond. I guess the team must suck and never win, so they are happy.

  • dude u need to shut the hell up,maybe this was the first time theve beatin them in years who knows, its just support from the fans to the football players its called showing some sportsmanship,so grow some nuts and go play some football and you will know

  • First off, it's D3 college football, second, the johnnies are the best team in the conference (their opponent is second best) they always win. 5-0. google them. plus it's easy to understand the excitement... homecoming game, come from behind, last second win, you'd be on the field if you were a student.

  • Very impressive for a High School kicker. I sure do love HS football.

  • St. Thomas is full of fags.

  • Completely amazing...gave me chills!
