Kamelot is power metal, it would be silly to call them something else. They have stronger progressive influences than in the past, but to claim they aren't power metal, when they're one of the best known power metal bands is just silly.

The reason that Kamelot plays the recorded higher pitched half of Khan's voice, if anyone was wondering, is because in March Of Mephisto Khan is singing as Mephisto and since the song basically represents duality, the growled vocals from Shagrath represents the evil of Mephisto whereas Khan portrays the angel in disquise
