  • Damn.. The 4.6is IS harder to find than even a 4.8L

  • thats not supercharged

  • @bmwxxx5 then what is it

  • wow.. it only has 38 k miles.. and its 46 degrees... best time for a BMW to work PERFECT!!!

  • It doesnt even seem that fast. maby the camera is laggy.

  • pretty good for so much mass

  • pretty average acceleration considering its 451hp...

  • if its a dinan s3 then yes it is. your trailblazer belongs in the cash for clunkers program lol.

  • "your trailblazer belongs in the cash for clunkers program"

    lol nice!

I am the only one that thinks the trailblazer was a flop?? (I know all GM cars suck)

  • Indeed they do! BMW all the way, got an x6 m coming soon :)

  • A trailblazer ss?? Your 4,496 lb (G)overnment (M)oney made plastic suv would cream this? haha your joking right? Ur SS.. Engine: 6.0L V-8 Horsepower: 390 @ 6,000rpm Torque: 400 lb-ft @ 4,000rpm 0-60 5.8 secs This X5 Engine: 4.6 V-8 Supercharged Horsepower: 451 @ 6,000rpm Torque: 439 lb-ft @ 4,500rpm And weighs 4800lbs 0 to 60 5.4 secs Sorry!!
  • The SS is just a big fat truck with a big engine.

  • SS Super Shit

  • thats sexy sound

  • I have an x5 4.8is, and dinan never made anything past the s1 package, the only thing i could get was throttle bodies, intake, exhaust, and software. I rather keep it stock, don't think i'd have a chance against a supercharged 4.6

  • very very nice the only problem i have with x5s are the slow shifting

  • stupid question - what's the fuel economy of this beast?

  • Highway mileage doesn't seem to be much different than when it was stock - 15-18ish. Around town, since it's hard not to step on it more often, it's 10 or lower. IOW, it seems to be different mostly to the extent that you drive differently...

  • the ultimate driving machine for sure

  • i like the m3 gauges

  • haha..roja is right. driving a bmw once ruins you lol, i dont like driving anything else

  • LOL I Second That! I drove 8 SUVs And nothing drove with the confidence of BMW!

  • Maybe you are not taking care of it properly, and obviously a BMW is not going to be quite as reliable, but you dont buy it for that.

  • i also have a dinan packaged 4.6is...i'm selling it but dont want to...400hp in an suv is killer

  • I am just aboput to buy one, I have no experience of it. it will be 2002/03 model. Anything I should be aware of? any bad points/problems?

  • after driving a BMW, you'll think other cars suck.

  • I'd have it checked over by a Dinan-authorized BMW dealer. Even if everything checks out, I think it's smart to assume it will cost you more a few grand a year more to maintain than a stock 4.6is (not for anything specific - just stuff that MIGHT wear out "early" due to the extra stress of all that extra power). Even with those extra costs, it's lots cheaper than buying a new X5, and it'll be WAY faster and more fun to drive! I swear, it feels and sounds like a frickin muscle car! ;-)

  • listen to the transmission and transfer case for any grinding or popping. And turn the wheel while accelerating to see if the front axles are good. Cooling systems can be troublesome as well at that age. If its had the radiator, expansion tank, and waterpump replaced recently, then its probably good. They also like to leak from the power steering hoses. I'm a BMW technician at a dealership. They are really good cars, just when they break, they can be expensive.

  • Thanks my friend for this useful info..

  • Sure....

  • I really doubt it.

  • show it

  • This an SUV !!! my god..

  • wow!
