How do you turn Coke bottles into healy things? Just make coke bottles really small and put a healy thing under them or something?

When you select the details for the health power up, there's a drop-down menu that by default says "normal", click on that and select "disguised", from there you can select a building or vehicle to be disguised as a health power up.

This works for all game objects.

@RespectMyCountry in other words go to the section with the teleporter for a menu click on an emptey box and find power-up health its the one with a + on the green square then go to behavoirs and see where it says normal or default click on that then click on disguised and select a tower note go in edit then sporepedia and get a creature see his other video spore tutorial part 3
