  • Hey how do you even begin to make clothing at all? Could you help me with that?

  • @In2theshadows1 Hey! Sorry I missed this post.

To start making clothes you'll need a capable 3D software. Blender is free but...I don't know how to use it:D If you're using Poser you can start making dynamic clothes using simple primitives. I made a tutorial on it; check my youtube page:D

  • Thx, helped much !

  • hey CorinthiansCori,

great tutorial...but i already sent U an e-mail about the proken .jpg files in Kenya, which i purchased last week. any progress?

  • @deaddecaydead

I replied to you a few hours after you contacted me:P It says you have not read that message yet - wondered what happened to yah. Check your rosity mail, but I think the download link expired. Just site-mail me when you're ready and I'll set you up with another link, no problem.

  • What was the purpose of the video again? It's not about converting conforming clothes to dynamic because you've already done that when the video starts. It sounds like you know what you're doing, but you might try redoing the video with a better idea of what you're trying to get across.

  • @ElZagna There's an explanation of why the video begins with an example - this explanation is the first thing I covered, and then the issues that are present and how to confront them. Try watching again, you may understand it better the next time around.

If, however, you need to know how to convert conforming clothing to dynamic clothing...simply conform a rigged clothing item to figure, go to Cloth Room, and follow 1-4 steps to "Clothify" your item. I covered how to do this in other tutorials.

  • good tutorial.... but how do i save it as a smart prop?

  • @tommyd79 To save a prop as a Smart Prop, simply parent the prop to anything in the scene. Save the prop to the Library in the Props section without choosing what to save in-scene.

In other words, parent the dynamic clothing to V4's hip, then open the prop library and click Save to Library. When a popup asks if you to find what you want to save just hit Enter/Return. Next question is: do you want to save this item as a smart prop?". Choose "Yes". And...that's about it.

  • Thank you for this Much appreciated

  • Awesome tut!!! Worked incredible; thanks!
