I have seen pictures where motorcyclists, most of them probably going way too fast, hit things like sign posts and fences and do indeed get cut in half.
A wire snapping is not the same as hitting a taught wire or a solid post broadside with your body at 80+mph.

This has already been shown in the episode where they test if a snapping wire can cut someone in half. This specific case is just a variation of it.
In short, no, it is not possible. At all.

well it would depend on his trajectory and speed, but powerlines are EXTREMELY strong
