  • Outrageous

  • 確かに凄いけれど、

    普段その子供を見てないから、

    最後の完成絵を見せられても違和感ないけれど、

    実際その子供と毎日会ってて、絵を見せられたら

    違和感を感じる気が・・・しませんか?

  • GJ, God Job

  • you son of a god! you're so good!

  • I was not convinced, I thought it was all a trick, but now I think his talent is real, he is god

  • Awesome..... thanks for sharing

  • Hey chris, when it comes to art :)...is there anything u cant do ?!

  • Hi Chris, Gr8! job man. I am not anywhere near your standard, but one thing I know & have seen with street artists and close work (re: left eye) is:- Because the subject is so close, the human eyes can point slightly inward,to focus on you the the artist !! & naturally if they were slightly further away, the eyes also would look more natural.

In my book this is one of the flaws in copying exactly what you see.

    No offense I hope..but again gr8!- job.

    Kind R'grds.

  • wow that was way cool to watch your a great artist.

  • I prefer using colored pencils only, working exclusively in the drawing medium. Airbrush mostly has a soft-focus to it, and I find that the precise edges and finer shading achieved in drawing is preferable.

  • Good Job!!

  • OH MY GOD MY FRIEND AND I WERE WATCHING THIS AND WE REALLY ENJOY YOUR ART WORK! AMAZING WORK! ~YOUR FELLOW ARTISTS

  • WOW, amazing

  • ctrl + c and ctrl + v :DD:DD

  • 写真みたい!

  • Mind=Blown

  • @xXxDeadmanoobxXx shut up stuid bodybuilding nerd lol @ u using those phrases outside of the misc, bet u use them irl loserrrrrrrr

  • and talent

  • pure skill indeed

  • good job,, what paper you use?

  • wow

  • are you fuckin kidding me? that was the most amazing thing i have ever seen, you truly have a incredible talent.

  • Great technique building on flesh tones that way!!...I'm going to try it. Thanks for sharing. Please post another portrait video using this airbrush technique. Awesome work!

  • So how many locks of hair did he have?

  • well ur a Picasso with airbrush...thats art,amazing...bravo!!!

  • @FRANC1300 Picasso was an abstract painter not representational

  • this is really impressive! You should do this fulltime! outta practice? definitely not! if so, i'm even more impressed! thumbs up!

  • Unreal great work

  • Amazing

  • please make a how to! for beginers!!

  • Could you paint my portrait as well? :D

  • i think i see what the problem might be: his left eye seems a tad too far away from the bridge of his nose......possibly some shading got left out?

    other than that simply amazing

  • That's .. insaane :O

  • thats is AMAZING @_@

    its too real !!

great job , and the kid is cool !

  • That is Incredible..How long did it actually take you in real time?..Fantastic work..Truly talented..:)

  • I don't think the problem is with your painting (which is beautiful airbrush work BTW), but with the photo reference itself. there's always these weird problems that come out of doing portraits from photos because they often capture people in strange, unnatural poses, and that generally becomes very apparent in painted interpretations of them. Personally, I'd be psyched to see you try a few portraits from life!

  • HOW?????????

  • Amaaaaaaaaazing work.... im having thoughts to start learning airbrush .. and u gave me a push .. thnx alot fir this vid.

and btw.. wut kind of colors (pencils) did u use for the finishing???

  • hi, awsome job man, did you use a translucent green for the shirt and trees? or was it opaque?

  • This is beyond photorealistic, this is actually a photo.I ope some day I will be at least half as good as you are now.

  • Comment removed

  • Truly amazing i have been trying and tryin and will continue to become good at portraits its takes talent thanks for posting this.

  • now thats skill

  • wow bro great work.. i bearly started airbrushing and seeing what you can do with airbrush makes me push myself to learn more.. 5 stars bro... keep it up..

  • Chris,,,you are AMAZING,,love your work. i too am practicing airbrushing.

  • amaizing!!!!!

  • Dru Blair Tica photorealism is so bullshit, it is 100% a photo. There are so many more reasons why it is a photo than a photorealistic painting.

  • OMMMGGG THE HAIIRRR!!!!

  • I can see what your wife is talking about, its a shadow.

  • i was just woundering if you have attended dur bliars classes. this is extremly good and done in just 4 hrs.

  • from what iv seen you are the best at what you do

  • wow thats was soooo good, better than anything ive ever done

  • chris, believes that it is one of the best videos of airbrush that I have seen, the result is fantastic.

  • dude you are amazing, but the left eye, i think the problem is that its just a bit to close to his nose, but its not by much, and is barely a mistake, even for a professional

  • Oh my god! Thats just freaking fantastic! I don't think i've actually seen artwork made that great, that fast in my entire life!

  • Holly fuck, your so fucking talented, Chris. Would you do any lessons? haha I've always wanted to learn how to airbrush.. Very good job on this portrait, especially sense you haven't done it in a long ass time hahaha 10/10

  • Hi, can you please tell me if you use regular Prismacolor pencils or are those the water-color Prismacolors?

  • Hello. I know you mentioned you used colored pencils, but are those prismacolor watercolor pencils or your standard prismacolor colored pencils?

  • Four hours!!! That would take me four weeks to get it that good!

  • Damn, that is awesome.

    Looks really realistic.

  • Man, you make me sick how good you are!!! LOL Every time I think I'm pretty good I look at one of your videos and just get jealous again. THIS WAS STRAIGHT-UP AWESOME!!!

  • I can't tell which is the real picture lol

  • that was superb....but daamn how did that shirt change colors in the end.....hmmm

  • ok you are good with airbrush, but it still not the same so i will take bace that fake i gave you

  • how on earth did you manage to produce such amazing work in only 4 hours ? just stunning

  • his shirt turned yellow!

  • genius!

  • nice

  • Bravo!!

  • great job! 5*****

  • out of practice... dang.. it looks amazing !

  • こんな一芸欲しいです。

  • 弟子入りさせて下さい

  • 自分の顔も書いてほしい!!

  • great job! /clap

    it's miracle work

    似せるだけでも凄いのに仕上げの微調整があるとはいえエアブラシだけでここまで写せるとは・・・

    尊敬~

  • humanoid inkjet printer!

    Amazing work!!

  • すごい!

  • I really think you're awesome and your technique is amazingly accurate and very directive.. but i feel that nowdays a person with a camera can easily take a photo and also call it art... i'd love to see you do something abstract/surreal like something out of the blue...

  • Could you make these type of photorealistic paintings without using airbrush? Or is it partly the airbursh the makes your paintings so realistic because there is no brush marks etc?

Sorry, i've never used an airbrush before and i'm looking for some really good techniques to make my paintings more photorealistic just as yours and dru blairs.

  • whose colors do you use? I think by the manufacturer? your work is perfect in PLs answer

  • I just used some left-over createx to do this pic.

  • I'm really impressed.... good work

  • dude ur so good its retarded

  • @fattboyd ... what do you mean ? "ur so good its retarded" ?? is it like "omg it's so sick" ? sorry my bad with english

  • Art has always been taught through the process of "Copying" Art students at the beginning of the last century were openly encourage to try and emulate the Old Masters. Whether you use a photo or have a flesh and blood person beside you its up to you to be able to translate it.

  • You are f**king sick !! you are almost a machine.....yet a human..

  • What's the point of "Copying a reference"? I'll tell you...It's a lot of fun, a human did it, not a machine, creating photo realism is an ultimate challenge for an artist, and why not? Why paint a portrait with a live model when a camera can do it a lot better and faster...lol. Sorry Chris, but sometimes I just don't understand why some people dislike portraits...or even using references. To each his own I suppose...

  • I though that when I saw your face, it was probably a machine or a computer, but for my surprise you actually is a human!

Congratulation, you just blow me away one more time!

  • do u find this harder than painting ?

  • Unbelievable!!! It's hard to paint with brushes, i can imagine with airbrushes!!! Fantastic and very realistic!

  • Thanks!! I appreciate the kind words.

  • Let me answer your question with a question. Is there any point in a musician playing a song that has already been recorded on a CD? Putting on the CD is a lot faster and easier. Why play it live? Besides that analogy, work like this has multiple purposes. It is extremely valuable in the industry; it pays the bills and feeds my family, and like the musician in the analogy- it entertains 99% of the people on here who watch it.

  • dude, at the end u showed the picture again...i was wondering...is that the picture...or is that the drawing....it must be the picture.....i bet the drawing pops out later. but in the end , i found out...ITS THE DAMN DRAWING OMFG :o

  • can you please tell me what colored pencils you were using?was it oil miscible pastel oil pencils?

  • prismacolors

  • @cgsbgs Let me say first you are a first class artist mate , and iv learned alot

from you, im a beginer in the airbrushing and love the realism .

To me its the best type of art there is nothing can tuch it, and you are one of the best iv seen.

    Lindsay from Scotland

  • Hahaha----first time I see your face!

I kinda though you would be a bit younger, and more....I don´t know, sensitive looking?

A nice surprise. You look like a really cool (rough) guy. And your kids have very good genes ;P

  • and you say in the descrption that its not your best ??!! WTF

  • you're f*cking amazing.....

  • o_O

    that's like a picture :S

  • holy shit looks like you just copy and pasted the picture its sooo good lololol omg! i want you 2 b my art teacher OMGGGG lol so goood 10000000000000000000/5

  • I'm pretty sure you can only do 5 stars. Jeez.

  • You're truly incredible!!!

  • excellent. Is the airbrush connected to a compressor or are there smaller ones for this sort of thing

  • You made me speachless....

  • That is awesome!

    Very talented

  • Tio...eres un artista...muy bien

  • damn that looks like kinkos just blew the thing up it looks great!

  • Is this all freehand? I don't see you using any masks. I tried airbrush a few times, but couldn't get the hang of it. More power to you for achieving such a great picture! his eye looks fine to me. Moms just notice slight differences better than moms, usually! Great picture!

  • and iam havin trouble with just a simple winnie the pooh haha, amazein!!!! any body know which paint is best to use, com art, auto air, it needs to be non toxic? and iam usein a 0.35 needle set up, thanks

  • THAT realistic? man you're......... GIFTED AS HECK!!

  • 6/5 unbelivable this is AMAZING really good work!

  • just 4 hours for this one?! It's just unbelieveble! 0_0)) Perfect work, perfect skills. 5 stars vrom Russia ;)

  • '..there is something wrong with his left eye'. Well I must wonder what it is because..there is literally no difference from the photo and the drawing. It's amazing. Well done. 5 Star.

  • thatz inhuman skillz !

  • I can't tell the difference between the photo and the painting!

    unbelievable!!!

  • 5 stars for your painting

  • Sei un fenomeno ! Bravoo ! From Italy.

  • The difference between photorealism and taking a photo..... photorealism - you've achieved something... taking a photo - you pushed a button... good on u. I think I know which one has the wow factor and would make the best xmas gift. :D

  • wow..the differnce between u and a camera is that a camera does it quicker

5/5 on this painting and every other u have done

  • wow just wow it is amazing if you were to make tatoos you could be a millionaire

  • :0 nice

  • Why not?:) If he liikes to draw, which he does, why not? They're incredibly beautiful, and it's great practice!

  • it shows skill, and attention to detail.

  • It's called photo realism and its a form of art and you can't tell an artist what type of art they should do :P

  • practicing photorealism is a great way to improve your artistic skills. Besides taking photos are something anyone can do but not everyone can draw a picture that realistically so talent like that is really something to be proud of.

  • NesttySantta: If somebody can make photo realistic painting ; everybody can see that he is a great artist!Obviously you allready see his talent and his talent made you crazy...Poor thing...I saw your works and let me tell you something; Just shut up and respect to ''real'' artists...If you were a good person,I could teach you something about art but I will not waste my time for you boy, just get back to your toys and video games...

  • DARKSGOOD lol you accidently replied to me instead of NesttySantta for a moment I was like WTH?? I completely agree with you though

  • wow Damn... kickin it old fashioned... impressive, very impressive work...

  • This is just Great realism, ive seen other people do it just about the same but not as good as this. We all have the talent to do this kind of thing, but in this time and age, we are too lazy and undisciplined to do so, but you my friend, have tapped into that talent! Very great work!

  • now,that i would called master piece

  • STOP BEING SO GOOD! it's not fair *cries*

XD This is some stunning work! :D

  • Oh my gosh... you're truly a master !

  • your art is AMAZING.

  • I thought you will leave it half way, painterly looking, but you actually copied the whole photo... men you scaring me. Is air brushing any easier than say oils or acrylics? I'm guessing with airbrushing you could have as many layers of detail and fixes as you need.

  • AMAZING

  • omg..... dude

  • YOU ARE THE CHOSEN 1

  • u'r a freaking master!!!!

  • WOW!!!

  • OMFG

  • Hi cgsbgs

    WOW, AWESOME dude

  • you're the best, all your works are amazing,i wish some day i could do that, you're awsome!!!!!!!

  • u know...i think waht is 'wrong' with the left eye...is that the left eyebrow is too short

    but AMAZING AMAZING job

if i had just seen the picture,,, i would have thought it was done on photoshop

    very well done

  • YOU'RE FUCKING GOD!!

  • Nice work! How long did it take you to do this? Very talented! Thanks for sharing.

  • I also think you should draw a whole family.

  • Dude for some reason on my screen the shirt on your paintin
