Hi guys just got into this and have acouple savage25 and a t-maxx just don't know how to really tune them up the t-maxx starts and just takes off wheels ablazen and the saveages do the same what is it that i need to do to get them to just sit still in and idle??? any help would be great cheers .. jlz36@hotmail.com
hi i get this truck and the spur gear break i change the part but i dont remember something this is when i need your help the truck is on the ground the truck is not running when i push the truck is easy to push but when i push the truck back is a little hard to go back this is normal or what you think?
WD-40 is a well intended but bad idea, it may work inicialy but after a while wd-40 will become less like lub. and more like glue. it hardens over time and so will actually become a problem, try using the same type of oil used in sewing machines, not too thick. and use a couple of drops after each run of the engine, it will lub. it well and hopefully extends the life of your engine.
wd-40 the inside of the transmission, tighten the slipper, tune the engine better. There could be many things wrong. join hpisavageforum and we will help you there

@mustang135m Adjust the idle speed screw on the engine carburettor, and try richening it slightly.

is it ok to drop some 3in1 oil into those transmission holes to lube it up? if not, what can I use?

i backed off my set screw and no matter how far you go the truck still doesn't shift help me please!!!
