Scott, I do that same chest exercise at my gym but with free weights. Do you think it's as affective as the cable motion. There's no cables at the gym I belong to so I compromise. That exercise without adding lunges to is for lower chest development..right? Help a brother out!
@buffguy88 try either what fitness freak said or maybe tone the exercises down a bit by cutting out one or 2 depending on what you are doing to work your chest like some of my friends go to the gym and workout for 4 hours and they tend to over train the muscles on chest alone a day and so on so you could be over training and not giving enough recovery time try chest every 7-10 days and change up your stuff too every couple weeks
@mynameisasillyone To clarify. I accidently stumpled across his video a few minutes after it was uploaded, and at that time the quality was very bad. I don't know why, maybe youtube hadn't uploaded it correctly with the different resolution features.

so everytime you do that you have to step forward >? how many reps ? the way i do it i stand straight, so let me know if im doing it wrong

What about the whole "don't let you knee go past your foot" warning? Should it or can it in this exercise?

@vigilantezack the amount of weight used in this exercise wouldnt be enough to cause an issue with your knee :)

scott my chest is small compared to my other muscle groups.....need help bad.
P.S. I do a lot of stuff for chest. I do chest about once every 5 days.
