Everyones blood pressure is different. What might be high for you may be just right for someone else and whats normal for someone else may be to low for you. Athletes have higher BP than regular people but thats normal for them. Professional weight lifters have BP that is right for them but too high for an office worker. A person who does physical labor in the sun all day has higher BP than a person with a cushy job who sits in an air conditioned room all day.
Proof? I didn't see you prove anything in this video. You want to lower your blood pressure exercise 20 mins a day. Stay away from fructose. Limit your muffins pasta and grains. just drink lots of water cause our body's don't store salt we have to consume it in order to live,it middle ages people were being killed by salt deprivation.
@ZR1Terror The dystolic is the one that counts, 88 is fine. I was at 210/150 at one point mind you I nearly went blind. Cut salt, coke, out of your diet, get more sleep and don't do fast food now it's 110/80.
