Ricky, on the other hand, came across as borderline retarded.
Its not just the way he annunciates... he also didn't really seem prepared, his questions were pretty vague and broad.
Don't know if Logical Homes can really hold to their $150 sq/ft pricing that Peter was talking about (especially in their smaller home sizes), but if they can even come close, it'll be a godsend for the SoCal area.
