  • @hanztalle Hey man ...if your goal is to lose weight then a) focus on diet coz thats the most important factor when it comes to losing weight b) keep changing your exercise pattern from time to time so that the body does not adapt to any one particular exercise like runnig,sprawl and jump,clean and press,squat,curl and press etc.

  • boss, that was AMAZING. but u skipped some questions---

    5 minutes burn how many calories? you never mentioned that..how many months before we loose visible wait by just this one exercise (assuming same amount of calorie intake, of course)

  • Nice, definitely going to try this right away. I am just beginning a juice fast and have been prepping for about a month to cut out processed foods and eat very little meat and have been trying to find some good exercises to help get the weight off a little quicker. This seems easy enough and, like you said, you can do it anywhere. Thanks for sharing your secrets!

  • For those youtubers asking how many reps or time it is all "body speaks" technique. Do it to fail that means till you can't get up to jump. This will accelerate the body weight loss and also resistance.

    Burpies are squatting, then jumping out in a pushup position with both legs at the same time then jumping up, these are different because it's one leg at a time.

  • This actually works really and u don't have to do it outdoors u can do it indoors and when u get hungry instead of eating pasta and shit like that u should get something called muscle milk which is a powder that have TONS of protein in it, all u have to do is mix or with milk and it tastes great too! Running IS NOT the best exercise out there

  • @twinklemadaan1 Hey thanks for watching....if you have knee pain then i would recommend that you skip the jump part completely and stick only with Sprawl.....also if you have an access to gym nearby then try and do light leg curl,leg extension,hip abduction,hip adduction as these exercises will help you to strengthen the muscles around the knee and aid faster recovery .....regards raghav :-)

  • these are called burpies. and although these are effective they are 10x more effective if you do it both feet at a time
