Burpies are squatting, then jumping out in a pushup position with both legs at the same time then jumping up, these are different because it's one leg at a time.
This actually works really and u don't have to do it outdoors u can do it indoors and when u get hungry instead of eating pasta and shit like that u should get something called muscle milk which is a powder that have TONS of protein in it, all u have to do is mix or with milk and it tastes great too! Running IS NOT the best exercise out there

to really lose weight and burn calories, isn't to think about the calories you're burning while training, you need to think about the calories you'll burn in the 48 next hours, because when someone will workout, he'll be really hungry, he'll eat more than usual, and will get all the calories burned, so if you eat less than usual after workout, you may get these 6 pack abs IN WEEKS

You only need one exercise to lose weight...
any exercise would work... and then spend some freaking time looking at your diet portion on the weight loss equation..!

@kanghoonwwe hey man there is nothing like spot reduction ...well yeah this exercise will definately help you to reduce your overall body fat........get your body fat levels below 10 percent and there will not be any chest fat left...you can check out more exercises on my channel ....thanks for watching...regards raghav
