* It is not clear from the video that the "sill pan" is sloped to the outside, as is proper. Also, unlike a rigid pan flashing, this "sill pan" fails to turn up at the inside edge.
* It would be interesting to see what the stretched corner of the Flexwrap "sill" looks like after some time has passed. Does it creep? Does it crack?
@LinXiaoChaun Good observations! Yes sloping the sill is best. In this case we used a back dam with backer rod and caulk. I've taken apart windows that were set 5 years ago with DuPont Flexwrap and they still look pristine. This is a premium product and it's made to last. Matt Risinger
