yes, only in the early shipments of the japanese version. US/European and new Japanese shipments do not have this bug.

LOL, in the end it glitched. Yeah, this is the glitch used to get Darkrai and Sheimi and who knows what else. NoJ is even taking steps to get this bug fixed.
