hmm, I just watched that, and I'm thinking, he doesnt teach HOW to fan. ok it's harder to fan old cards, that's true, so if you learn to fan old cards you should be able to do new ones, but if you don't know a thing about fanning, this isn't going to help much without a turorial!!!! I'm not sure about the two decks thing though, I'm feeling that just might just hide some of the faults in the fan!!??

also, if the cards are too old, they just might not fan at all!!

I appreciate you taking the time to try and teach us, but for a beginner, here's what we want to know:

1) How do you hold the cards?

2) How much pressure to you use with the holding hand?

3) How do you position your "fanning" hand (or thumb, whatever the case may be)?

4) How do you start the fan without getting everything choppy, sloppy and ugly?
