How to Draw Nose Realistic

and sorry for two posts... but i got a question, well drawing this, is easy... but by drawing a portrait of a person. (everything goes fine, hair, eyes, mouth) but the nose then i get like a blackout and i can't draw a nose... I ruine my portrait then -.-"

so i'm wondering do u have any advice like on what points do i have to concentrate? (sorry for my bad english and hopefully ur able to understand it..)

@PacificPastime Now I have a 6B 4B 2B and 3 blending stumps. I can't really tell the difference between the 6B and 4B though! Should I get an 8B??

@yogurtlandlover No I wouldn't waste my money on it. I have one...it's not graphite(the material pencils r made of) It is like charcoal. It doesn't blend well with the others. 6B is dark enough. One suggestion though...if you feel like 6B is not dark enough, rather than pressing super hard on your paper do it gently and keep adding layer upon layer and you will eventually get to the dark tone you want. If you press too hard you will see a dent in your paper...I used 2 do that all the time:-)

@pokerfacex101 Yes in my first 10 video's or so I used q tips. They work great. BUT once you try a blending stump you will never want to use a q tip again. Blending stumps are SUPER cheap. All they are is paper twisted up into a pen shaped thing. Yes you can do the dark areas and then add the light with an eraser that works great. Your drawing should have Light, Medium, and Dark tones though. If you don't have enough of one it might look a little "off".

@elamango To get certain effects with the pencil or blending stump it's better to hold it in different ways so that the pressure is less or more :)

this is probably my favorite one because it really hard to draw the nose to make it look 3 dementional so this video really helps. even though i like the videos where you draw in fast motion or whatever. i seriously say wow everytime. you have serious talent. but i would really like to see more how to draw videosss :)
