The best of Portuguese bullfight is really the horses, to see their performance in the arena is great. Now, Spanish bullfight is something completely different, cruel and bloody, don't like it.

The Bull is also is killed in Portuguese bullfighting . After the Bull fight is over the bull is left to suffer for couple of days before the slaughter houses open again and then it is slaughtered offcourse !

As far as we're concerned, a bulls only roll in being alive is reproducing to make more cattle, which will also live on a farm.

But this traumatic event that the animal suffers only happens once in it's life. Before they are pretty spoiled cause they are bred in their natural habitat unlike in a lot of livestock industry where animals have a horrible life since they are born.

If the torture exist in the arena, it's a small price to pay to keep these animals on earth. Worry about the millions i spoke about.

@GabKoost Believe me, I know there are many animals that are bred and killed in terrible conditions but bullfighting can´t be justified because of that. That is another dramatic topic but there is no justification for bullfighting. Great if bulls have better lives than u and me but the point is they mustn´t be used for this cruelty, for a deplorable "entertainment", They don´t die in the arena? that only makes their agony last longer. Sports and art should dignify life not kill it.

@Silvia991000 If for you it's beter to see millions of animals live in crap eating hormones stucked together like sardines and then be killed by electrocution and opened up still alive than a "few" Black Bulls living in open air with all the conditions that might or not be killed after the Portuguese arena fight THEN you are insane. Your notion of cruelty is really conditioned by ur stubbornness. It's not OK to allow bull fights but it's STUPID to worry about it when there is bigger things.

@GabKoost LEARN how to read, I NEVER said that it was better for me to see other millions of animals live and die in terrible and painful conditions, I´VE SEEN it with my own eyes and I know what cruelty is. The topic HERE is bullfighting and all of what you mention is a DIFFERENT topic and cannot be used to justify bullfighting but that´s what supporters of bullfighting do cause there´s no valid argument to support it, so you call people insane and twist things around, sorry for you, good luck

@Silvia991000 Nop. I am not in a off topic. You guys are always crying about bull fights when there is much worst things. Then, if you worry about smaller problems like bull fights it seams to me that you are all hypocrites. You do eat meat like most of the persons so you are responsible too. Bulls have a great life comparing to regular animals so stop loosing your time and apply your sweat in something more important.

@GabKoost Our viewpoints are different, may never agree. Yes, there are other terrible things done with animals in many areas but that does not justify bullfighting. I voluntereed at an animal shelter for mistreated and tortured animals and i´m involved in things that have lead me in several ocassions to the other problems you talk about, very important too.This one is about the use of torture of a living creature for entertainment. By the way NO, I DON´T eat meat since october 2007.

Not enough blood
