I'd have to show you...and it takes a few tries...but its easier than the lamp post one...

you missed one on streets...it was one showed to me by " ohmygavin" and its the easyier way to get in the rubble...basicly, you go to the blue base front desk, take a right to that corner facing the rubble...then you jump to your right then melee and face left... I'm surprised that so few people know about it....
