  • This song has been running through my head all day. It makes me think 2012 may be an interesting year when this is the song I find myself singing to myself on New Year's Day.

  • This is absolutely amazing. I adore this clip, it is really well put together. I'm usually not a fan of youtube user made vids, but this was awesome. Great job, sacolton!

  • Where is that clip of star people from?

  • Is there, or could you upload, newer versions in a larger format?

Awesome stuff, but hard to see. Youtube now has much greater resolution. It would be great to be able to see the video in a larger fram while keeping all the detail.

  • i like it all exept how u wrote "the rocky horror picture show" you should use the real font

  • So awesome! BUt I wish you would hve put some images of Metropolis... maybe when the Maria Robot is taking Marias appearance? Still, nice video!

  • 100% agree. Unfortunately, I didn't have the Metropolis DVD at the time, but it would have been perfect for this. Thanks for the idea.

  • that's exactly what i was thinking!

  • Loved it!!!

But without the lips, it's just not the same :P

  • Great job on this and thank you for putting all those images together! You got some really great shots in there. It must have taken quite an effort too. I love this song, it really takes me back and there's just something special about it. Kudos!!

  • What was the last one?

  • WARNING FROM SPACE

  • Well done.

The letterbox adds the effect of sitting in a theater and watching.

    Nice job.

  • i love this song from the movie. and yeah, califbeachtoads, that would be a neat idea!

  • Triffids! And they don't allow you to spray anymore.

  • so great! Love the clips you used.

  • Excellent! Love it! It would be cute to put a tiny version of the lips in the bottom right corner of the screen singing the song :D

  • Well made, but I miss the lips!

  • Hey, I just got back from Oasis 20 science fiction convention in Orlando, Florida. You can check out my video.

  • Seriously Excellent! I think this would've been a much better opening for Rocky Horror. Would've set the movie up in a completely different vibe.

I remember watching all of these as a kid, except for the hut at 2:48 and the caterpillar at 2:54. They seem familiar but I can't place them.

The Runes movie was called "Night Of The Demon" in Europe, and "Curse Of The Demon" in North America. The original story (written) was called "Casting The Runes".

  • i love that song

    kick so much ass

    YEA!

  • The movies are: The Day The Earth Stood Still Flash Gordon The Invisible Man of course King Kong ^^ It Came From Outer Space Dr. X The Forbidden Planet Tarantulla Trifid When Worlds Collide Gave him the runes Thanks. XD
  • Actually, the one listed as "trifid' was actually titled "Night of the trifids"

  • actually its Day of the Trifids, I remember watching it when I was 10.

  • Let's see... "It! The Terror From Beyond Space", "First Men in the Moon", "Earth Vs Flying Saucers", "Attack From Space", "This Island Earth"... and I know the one with the giant space chicken from Toho, but the title escapes me at the moment...

  • The giant chicken monster was "The X From Outer Space" from Shochiku studios. I'm not one to normally read stuff into things, but my god this movie had the most hilarious Freudian ying-yang going on.

  • Thanks for making. Tailor-made for that Rocky Horror opener. You really captured everything the song talks about!

  • Very well done sir, well done!

  • Thanks for the memories

  • That was great.

  • Let's see who can name the extra B-movies shown here ...
