Suicide is not an option for me. I don't see it as logical. Better to suffer than to not be at all. I hope to get out of this mess. I'm addicted to coffee and I yo-yo on and off of it. I don't sleep well and I have more hard work to get in shape. All my college friends live far away. I have one friend I see weekly. The churches frustrate me. I'm lonely and I need help that only God can give. Lord have mercy on me, a sinner.
@garfieldisfat check what kind of worldly entertainment you're feeding your spirit. the world brings sorrow and pain in your heart and if you continue to influence your mind and spirit with that emptiness you will always be thirsty. But if you cut those influences off and drink the water from God daily, you will be powerful strong and bold needing nothing being confident in the Lord for you will know that God is real.

I can't help feeling that God is made up by us humans. If you are a believer, please don't be offended. I want to have something to believe and something to look forward to such as Heaven but at the same time, I understand that people are afraid of "total death" so it makes sense that they would make up a wonderful place you can be after you die.
