@kovona No you don't! But you do need a lot of money to be able to afford the purchase and use. Model jets are very expensive though cheaper than they were when I posted this video. I'd suggest that if you're interested, that you start with a electric-powered plane in the $50-200 range...depending on whether you're handy and want to build one yourself or buy it ready to fly (RTF) or almost ready to fly (ARF). Plus you'll need the transmitter and receiver unless the set up you buy comes with them
Very nice and smooth flying. Pretty much the way the A-10 is flown in reality. No upside down flying or impossible curves - although the RC frame probably would be capable of those maneuvers.
A giant-scale A-10 R/C, expertly built and flown. All told this package is worth as much as some homes and definitely more than a BMW!---> I hope yo are not still flying on FM

thats where your wrong. Engines start at about $2500 and go up to $10,000 but the higher end isn't typical r/c engines.
