these monos are hard to keep , cause they die all of sudden when there is some change in ph level of Water , & bro look at the eyes of mono it seems sick , i hope its dead now !
@ZA56AA yeah that's so true , i must learn how to keep up the PH value steady , its sad i lost my 40 monos because of that , its was so beautiful when all of them were schooling a head together ,and am big fan of mono thanks anyway !
realy glad i found your vidio :D i love mono and have wanted then for a while but was woried they wouldnt adapt well to the jump of a marine aquarium and maybe be an issue to coral !
I love monos but unfortunately i don't have a big enough aquarium.

@balajisinghh
It's not hard at all.
However, you are right about PH, they want high PH and be kept steadily high.
As long as they have this, they are -perhaps-some of the harder aquarium fishes they exist.
They are not prone to parasites' infections or anything similar like the cichlids or other fishes.

@balajisinghh
Oh that's sad.
40 monos?!!
I already have 26 and i try hard to keep PH high because of that.
The reason is that i keep them in a small relatively aquarium so i do not have a stable PH.

Scats arent really "relatives", just other brackish fish with similar size and nature
MrJMAC85 8 months ago
can he also adapt to freshwater?
BoraxoftheAmerica 1 year ago
@BoraxoftheAmerica only if he is a youngling then he needs brackish water or salt water even
