  • Very helpful and productive. Pity that others have the need to impose their religious mumbo jumbo and preaching into their comments. Peace and love. Be here Now!

  • Terrific explanation of how to weave mindfulness into your daily activities - thanks

  • On the other hand, human beings allow thinking to dominate their lives more than anything else, and from thought is where the false "I," ego and ignorance originates. It is only by being mindful that the "presence" of God is manifested in ones life. Only goodness can come out from sensitivity and paying attention. Socrates once said, "The unexamined life is a life not worth living." Just some food for thought ;o)

  • Good... To be mindful is to accept and appreciate the life God has offered to you. Jesus said, "deny yourself, pick up your cross, and follow me." We can only surrender our self-centered egos, we can only learn to accept or crosses and pains, we can only be like Jesus, when we are mindful enough to accept the present moment. Because God is a God of reality, God is a God of the now - not of mere belief and thought.

  • @Mwaterfall I'm not religious and don't understand why someone would need to be to practise mindfulness. Anyway thanks for the vid
