I was makin my own edits so a better method 2 play them was needed(why spend 40bux on acetates th@ didn't last?). When the software came out it was the ultimate. My concern is the one who gets all the popular songs & can't mix bosco w milk/dnt kno music, calling himself a DJ disrespecting the art

doc, we are not always going to live in the 80's and even the 90's and always be using vinyl. its just a new time frame and you have to accept the fact that not everyone wants to use vinyl...it really is a pain in the ass to lug around. using a laptop while djing is sooo much easier and you can have all ur music right there. i am a dj and i enjoy it so much more using my laptop for it

ACPilot if ur using(or if ever used) the laptop version of traktor then ur point is valid but traktor scratch pro scrapes EVERY dj pgm out hands down-I've used most of those virtual cornball software pgms(serato came close but it's boring 2 me) & they don't compare if you know how to MIX(many who claim 2 be djs really are not, technology just afforded them 2 call themselves that)-besides if you have that VCI-100 or 300, ur claim would be even more baseless
