  • the only bad thing that u did in this flight was the landing for 3 reasons:

    1-So long time to touch land

    2-The plane don't make a soft landing like in anothers so good videos that the people do.

    3-The plane was more to the right when begin to break , you must try that the plane stay in the half , no move right , no move left , in the half

  • where did you get the plane?

  • Did you sit through the 9 hour flight or speed it up?

  • Sat throught the flight but its only just over 6 hours :')

  • me nd my mates did a EGKK-KEWR flight and the GPS said it was 9 hours...we didn't complete it :(

  • it was just because th GPS was wrong at the start...my mate did a flight from Gatwick to Sydney...he put it on before going to bed...then went to school and came back and landed it

  • the lights are calld papi lights and you are suppose to have 2 reds and 2 whites look at some real life videos. the touch down zone are markings at the begging of each runway.. they are there for pilots to land in and know that they have a safe amount of time to stop and turn off

  • no they arent called the touchdown zone they are simply to indicate the begginig of then runway look at some real life videos your self hardly any of them will touchdown on the piano keys yes thats what the white lines are calledor try looking at some arial photos of runways and you will see the majority of tyre marks will be after the white stripes and actualy ure not supposed to have 2 red 2white papi lights i think u need to check where you got that information from

  • for your approach you are supposed to have 2 reds 2 whites, when you get at around 200 feet, you just control your height as you want, and there is a touch down zone, marked by the lines on each side of the centerline. You were way too high and way too far down the runway on touchdown, it's a fact....

  • Well what you're saying is in contradiction with what I've been taught during flying lessons: it's a fact that the PAPI indicates wether you are on or off the glideslope, and the markers on the runway define the touch down zone... what do you think all these are for????

  • yeh i agree with the wat ure saying about the papi lights but what ure saying about the 'piano keys'bieng the touchdown is what ive been told on flying lessons at small airports/airfields but at major airports with long runways its different

  • I said nothing about the piano keys, I was talking about the markers after the piano keys. They define the TDZ.

  • you've got a nice smooth pc there and i luv the lights . But what happend with the landing . way out of the touch dwn zone

  • wer does every1 get the idea ther is a 'landing zone' aslong as you have 4 white lights on the ils then youre bang on also u hav to know u hav enough space to stop

  • darren i think i know wen sum gauges fail this is pretty mutch the most realistic addon i think that if i had of nosed down somone else who can actually fly would of pointed that out to me

  • nope if u look at the cockpit view i only went to nose level its just the way the aircraft sits at nose level its like the a330 but its easy to see on the a330

  • then you must av had an instrumental failure because on the pitch gauge you was level on the horizon line, thats a pitch cuz level flight is 2 degrees up
