This is so true, Master Teacher, I have high regards for your lectures; I could never understand people insisting on the truth but once it comes along, they don't know how to handle truth, is this from years of being raise on "falsehood" or is it we, in the west, were not taught how to handle the truth when presented to us?
i have often wondered why i was born in such a non-tolerant nation as the usa..i know now, it was to appreciate and understand the pain it causes to be so negative..the problem it causes in this world to be so blind to truth and it causes so much selfishness and greed..i will be thankful for the moment i can leave for the middle east...and share my insight so it can change this, even if its in a small way and touches few, it is worth my life..i love you swamiji

The five "sheaths" are not the same as what this dude is talking about. He's alluding to the yoga technique of Patanjali, which starts with the body [hatha yoga], and moves to a more subtle non-physical 'layer' in an ascendence of 7 steps...
