The dance collection vinyl album(which came out in 1987) does have the full 12" unedited version on it. it is a double album set

The version on The Dance Collection is an edit of this full extended mix. It clocks in at 6:06 minutes. This promo only 12 inch is the only way the full extended mix was ever released. It belonged to a promo only vinyl box set of the soundtrack to Thank God it's Friday. It was a 10 single vinyl collection with most of the cuts from the soundtrack in their total extended form. I have only seen the complete box set once in a record store in the village in NYC back in the early 80's.

isnt this still on The Dance Collection CD?? I thought it was. I know I have the TGIF cd when they released it as a double cd in 1997, but its been cut out since. But I have the orignal 12" promo use Only..found it back in 1990 at a used record store...classic!!!

"With Your Love" is on The Dance Collection, but it is edited or cut down to just over 6 minutes.

I have The Dance Collection on tape I bought in 1987 and the full version is there and of course

it is on 12" vinyl.
