That is not right at all i own one of these cars and it shuts the gas off at 127 ive topped my car out many times to see if there is anyway around it

Mines a 93 and yes it's right. Car had jmod and tighter accumulator springs. Speed limiter is 131.5 to be exact.

If you take the limiter off from it, it can go up to 150 mph.

In LSC - 170 top speed.
