Hoot ATV

[Terratracks]

The hoot is now owned & built by Carolina Growler, and has been upgraded. Now it has a 18HP briggs engine , hydraulic engagement & steering, the new hoot is also 1.5" taller for those who want larger tires. I've had an original hoot for years and no regrets. It's not fast but an argo frontier or avenger is only about 2-3mph faster than the hoot. The hoot is a-lot easier on the back than a honda rancher 420 sra.

no, i ment, on a licensed ATV trail, at least, all the trail networks i know of dont let argo's, basically vehicles that turn like a tank, tearing everything up as they turn, are not allowed on ATV trails(specifically 4 wheelers, if u want to be so specific). I know this is an ATV, but different style. IT destroys everything when they turn.

ya, sure, but, when it comes down to it, these people who try to give us trails have to be able to say to an extent the land surronding and even the trail itself will not be totally destoyed, also, if there is a tree over a trail, and u gott ago around, an atv "CAN" and is capible of going around without wrecking everything, argo, not so much, there are more factors then u think, still, bottom line, the licensed atv trails around where i live ARgo's are not allowed on them

The only reason you can't take an argos on state trails, is because of the width. It has to be under 53 inches.
