And I believe it because I'm about 40-50 lbs overweight and I can barely complete my Billie Jean impersonations at full speed. I feel more burned out doing one performance than doing light jogging. I go half speed now until I get in better shape. Right now me performing at MJs speed would ruin my heart. lol
