From what I understand of this Norman foster only designed the layout , not the exteriors of the building ,which looking at his banal exteriors in London more London e c t sounded like a good idea.

it is semi-private filming on public presentation for moscow mayor. Later Norman Foster presents new version ща project, with assymetric streets inside quarter (it keeps view on St' Basil Cathedral)

it's a big trouble

all decitions is made in closed circle of people near moscow mayor. I know only that a project was changed to more assumetric compostion with steet leading to St. Basil cathedral

but i don't know what happens know, construction is in progress, i walk near today, but is hardly to say something about project details yet
